It really has been cold, hasn't it? [Soft sigh.] I wish I had left the clinic with my coat before I was brought here. Although I suppose there really wasn't any way of knowing I'd be needing it.

Speaking of... I understand there's a clinic in the village... There wouldn't happen to be any positions open, would there? If I'm going to be here for a while, I may as well help out as much as possible. Is there a specific person I would need to speak to to work there?

I dunno if he runs the joint, but I do know a doc around here. Dr. McCoy. You might try talking to him. He's from a starship or something like that, so he's a real doctor. Not like these other folk you get around here. He's a blast when he's drunk too.
