It's on the outskirts of Mute City. People used to live there once upon a time, now they call the place Lightning. One big wasteland of pollution and continuous electric storms. The place is known for two things. The fact it produces enough power to export to other planets... and that we F-Zero racers get to dodge lightning bolts on the course that runs through there.
